Dear Community Member, Thank you for your interest. Please be aware that we primarily rent our basement for approved programs, and Pinehouse Drive SDA Church is currently not renting the worship hall to other religious organizations for church services. In the meantime, please review our fee structure: Fellowship Hall Rental: $200 Church Sanctuary: $200 Audio Visual and Media Ministry Services: $30 per hour per worker Kitchen Usage Damage Fee: $50 (refundable if premises are left undamaged) Approved Classrooms: $25 per hour per room Please note that only approved rooms are available for use, and the facilitator of any program will be responsible for any damages incurred.
